Waypham India will also work on developing technology services to support business apart from making its platform for digital marketing, CRM, training of sales force as well as selling through e-commerce platforms as per the Strategic plan of the Organization.

Role responsibilities

Sales Sales Management
• The primary responsibility is to exceed Sales and Collection targets or month, quarter year through a team of TSM/TSE.

Customer Calls and Building Relationships
• Ensuring self and team daily customer meetings with agreed call average frequency.
• Developing new accounts and expanding the company's business.

Team Development Leadership
• Continuously working for team development and motivating them to optimize daily efforts and sales results.
• Work jointly with each member for at least 5-6 days a month to ensure enhancement of the quality of calls leading to better sales performance.
• Ensure calls are made as per the marketing plan (promotogram).
• Ensure quality implementation of marketing campaigns and programs and submit reports as required by the marketing team
• Ensure products are available at the retail chemist's.

Distribution Management Business Hygiene
• Monitor weekly secondary sales at the distributor level and achieve the primary sales target.
• Monitor sales orders and reconcile with stocks at distributors' points.
• Submit Daily Monthly reports and regular reviews of team members.
