Sales Executive Officer
Roles and Responsibility
- Qualifying leads and identifying customer needs, matching them with the company’s product offerings.
- Managing inquiries from multiple platforms, including social media (e.g., Indiamart, TradeIndia), websites, and others.
- Following up with prospects to build and nurture relationships, converting them into long-term, loyal customers.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer retention.
- Handling customer orders professionally, ensuring smooth and efficient processing.
- Ensuring CRM is up-to-date with accurate customer and sales data, fostering long-term engagement.
- Identifying and capitalizing on emerging market trends, new sales opportunities, and competitive advantages.
- Preparing and presenting proposals, quotations, and sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiating with customers on pricing, contracts, and terms to close sales effectively and in line with business objectives.
- Analyzing sales data and activities to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate new leads.
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and new market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Regularly assessing sales data and performance metrics to spot trends and adjust strategies for enhanced performance.
Experience: 2 Years
Education: Graduate b tech mechanical engineering
Languages Known: Fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati
