Tour2Tech helps final-year diploma engineering students get ready-made customized academic projects across AI, ML, IoT, Android, Web, and more — with complete documentation guidance. We are looking for a smart, confident, and target-driven female salesperson who can connect with students, follow up persistently, work with our marketing team, and close deals with proven strategies.

Responsibilities:

Actively reach out to final-year students via WhatsApp, calls, and college visits.
Understand requirements, recommend the right project package, and build trust.
Use structured sales strategies to close deals quickly and effectively.
Maintain patience during negotiations and handle objections professionally.
Follow up regularly until conversion and track all leads in our CRM/system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to share on-ground feedback insights to improve campaigns.
Achieve exceed monthly sales targets (with performance incentives).
Requirements:

Must-Have: Patience, persistence, and an active, go-getter attitude.
Excellent communication persuasion skills.
Languages: Marathi + Hindi + English (Kannada is an advantage for Bangalore region).
Strong in follow-up, lead tracking, and system management.
Proven ability to apply sales strategies that close deals.
Prior sales experience preferred (Fresher with strong confidence skills can apply).
