Job Summary
Technical Sales Executive are often the key point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing technical advice and introducing products.
Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery and converting inquiries into deals.
Good in analyzing customers requirement
Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties
Generate revenue and make a huge impact on company growth, by developing/maintaining customer relationships and positioning the products in the market.
-Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases
-Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
-Research on different tools to increase the sales and business opportunities
-Demonstrate initiatives for refinement strengthening of existing product
-Regular follow up with new and existing customers
-Excellent convincing and customer relation skills.
-Should have a positive attitude towards work.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
