Sales executive - Banca Channel

We are hiring dynamic and self-driven professionals for a Sales Executive role in the Banca Channel. The ideal candidate must have experience in banking or insurance sales and a strong ability to build and manage relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales through assigned bank branches
Build strong relationships with bank staff to generate leads
Understand customer needs and offer suitable insurance solutions
Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in banking or insurance sales
Graduation is mandatory
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
