Sales Enablement Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement:
• Provide sales, customer success, and partner development teams with resources (content, tools, insights) to close more deals, ensure retention, and drive renewals.
• Maintain and update centralized sales repository including sales content, case studies, product documentation, and templates.
• Support sales campaigns and develop compelling proposals, presentations, and collateral.
• Maintain and update company factsheets, RFP/RFI responses, and pricing support documents.
• Drive adoption of sales SOPs, governance models, and continuous process improvements.
• Train and onboard new sales staff on tools, processes, and best practices.
Renewals Sales Operations:
• Drive timely customer renewals by tracking subscription/license expiry dates and working with account teams to ensure closure.
• Coordinate and manage all renewal activities to maximize customer retention and minimize churn.
• Maintain accurate records of licenses issued, invoice and billing cycles, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure CRM data integrity by conducting monthly audits, maintaining high-quality standards, and working with cross-functional teams to correct and enrich data.
• Generate and distribute regular Sales MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) and analytics, including lead trends, conversion rates, win/loss analysis, and customer lifetime value.
• Maintain and update a sales issue log to track and resolve process or customer-related concerns.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Renewals management.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), and reporting tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
