Key Responsibilities:
Retail Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive retail sales strategy to maximise sales growth and profitability.
Customer Relationships: Foster effective relationships with key retail customers, ensuring strong partnerships that drive sales growth.
Market Analysis: Monitor and analyse market trends to ensure our products remain competitive in the market.
Pricing Strategies: Develop and implement retail pricing strategies to optimise margins and sales volume.
In-Store Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective in-store marketing campaigns and promotions.
Maintain effective relationships with internal teams, including finance, operations, and product development.
Talent Management: Lead the retail team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while motivating and managing the team for exceptional customer service and sales growth.
Data Analysis: Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to the leadership team.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all retail operations are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales gained in a Retail or FMCG environment, with a proven track record of driving sales growth through effective retail strategies and operational excellence. They will possess strong analytical skills, excellent customer service and personality, a flair for numbers, be highly organised, and have excellent leadership skills.
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
