Country Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our team in South East Asia. The ideal candidate will be based in New Delhi, India and will travel regularly to the region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and appoint regional distributors/dealers
• Develop a shared vision with cross-functional teams
• Recruit, train and motivate sales personnel
• Establish and drive company-wide sales processes and values
• Support implementation of standard processes and competency building for the sales team and network
• Establish a robust product delivery system
• Plan and execute sales promotion activities
• Build relationships with finance companies and develop competitive schemes

Requirements:
• MBA in Sales or Marketing
• Minimum 8 years of experience in handling direct or indirect sales
