About the Internship:
As a Sales Consultant intern at Swayourway Tours vTravels, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in client relationship management and effective communication. Join our dynamic team and embark on an exciting journey of turning travel dreams into reality!
Key responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel preferences and offering tailored solutions.
2. Assist clients in selecting the perfect travel packages, ensuring their unique requirements are met with exceptional service.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new leads and convert them into satisfied customers.
4. Regularly update and maintain the customer database, ensuring accurate and organized information.
5. Provide prompt and proficient responses to client inquiries, whether via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
6. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and travel regulations to provide informed recommendations.
7. Contribute to team meetings by sharing ideas and strategies to enhance the sales process and exceed targets.
