About the Role:

Are you passionate about sales and building meaningful corporate relationships? As part of the Corporate Excellence team, you’ll be responsible for guiding our clients through every step of their journey – from understanding the awards to submitting their entries and celebrating their wins. Your mission? Make their experience seamless, impactful, and unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Handholding: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and participating organizations, supporting them throughout their awards journey.

• End-to-End Sales Execution: Drive B2B awards sales – from lead generation and qualification to conversion and onboarding.

• Relationship Building: Foster strong, trust-based relationships with HR leaders, business heads, and key decision-makers.

• Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline, follow up consistently, and close deals with efficiency and integrity.

• Feedback Loop: Collect insights from participants and suggest improvements to refine the awards program.
