About the Role:
PROMAC Advisors is looking for a proactive and confident Sales and Operations Executive to lead client acquisition and business development efforts (70–80%) while providing support in HR and accounts operations (20–30%). This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for building client relationships, and the ability to manage cross-functional tasks in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Business Development
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and service demonstrations.
• Cold calling and lead generation through phone, email, and networking.
• Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and follow-ups.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining long-term relationships.
Maintain and update lead/client data using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Support brand visibility through LinkedIn and basic marketing outreach.
2. HR Support
• Assist in recruitment: shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Support internal employee engagement and communication activities.
• Help in maintaining attendance and leave records.
3. Accounts Support
• Coordinate with the accounts team on invoice follow-ups and documentation.
• Maintain basic financial records, receipts, and vendor-related data.
• Ensure timely communication with vendors and consultants for compliance.
Required Skills Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in client-facing roles and cold calling.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and modern digital tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple responsibilities.
Preferred:
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or operations.
• Exposure to Canva, CRM software, or basic accounting tools is a plus.
