- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their pain points and offering tailored solutions.

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as design and development, to create compelling proposals and deliver exceptional client experiences.

- Track sales activities, manage pipelines, and provide regular reports on sales performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices to continuously enhance your sales and marketing skills.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a digital agency or related industry.

- Strong understanding of the digital landscape and familiarity with digital marketing services.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and effectively convey value to prospects and clients.

- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a strategic mindset to identify opportunities and overcome objections.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
