About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven RPA Sales Executive to join our team and accelerate the growth of our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in solution-based selling, client engagement, and business development within the technology or automation domain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation Business Development

Identify and engage prospective clients through various channels.
Build and maintain strong partnerships across diverse industries.
Maintain a robust and qualified sales pipeline.
2. Solution Selling Client Consultation

Understand client business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Customize solution pitches to highlight value propositions and ROI.
Conduct impactful client presentations and consultative discussions.
3. Sales Cycle Management

Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for demos, POCs, and solution engineering.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts.
4. Revenue Target Achievement

Achieve quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
5. CRM Reporting

Maintain up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM systems.
Generate weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
6. Market Intelligence Feedback

Keep track of industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer needs.
Provide insights to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile

3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT sales, RPA, or automation solution selling.
Strong understanding of RPA technologies and the ability to translate tech into business value.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
Self-motivated with a passion for emerging technologies and client success.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
