Roofing Project Coordinator
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Roofing Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of roofing projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard.
This role is a full-time, minimum of 40-hours per week role.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day project activities, including scheduling materials, and equipment.
Act as the key point of contact between the office and on-site teams.
Liaise with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
Track progress, timelines, and budgets; identify and resolve any delays or issues.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Assist in procurement of materials and coordination of supplier deliveries.
Conduct site visits and inspections as required.
Support the project manager in forecasting, planning, and logistics.
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure workmanship aligns with standards.
Facilitate communication across all project stakeholders.
Requirements Qualifications
Proven experience in construction or roofing coordination (3+ years preferred).
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
NZ driver’s licence or overseas equivalent required.
Has the right to work in NZ

Pay: $78,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
