• Annual compensation: $110,000 – 120,000, plus 15% bonus potential.

Position Overview: The Revenue Operations Analyst Manager supports the Revenue Operations department through financial analysis; including tracking KPI’s, identifying key strategic trends, and generating reporting to facilitate revenue optimization. The position is responsible for preparing, modeling, analyzing and reporting financial and operational information to management and others within the organization on a periodic and ad-hoc basis. This role will also support workforce management by helping with productivity, job aids, assignments, monitoring KPI’s to assess staffing needs/shifts based on provider, clinic, payor, role, etc.

Essential Responsibilities
• Lead cross vendor revenue cycle collaborations to include account research, root cause analysis, identifying process deficiencies, and establishing recommendations for future optimizations.
• Monitors KPIs tied to strategic revenue goals, benchmarking against industry standards.
• Maintains analysis involving modeling and tracking of over/under payments, denial trends, patient conversion rates, call center metrics, revenue vs. payment percentages, etc.
• Identifies key strategic revenue trends and generates reporting to facilitate revenue optimization. Provides weekly reporting on the key departmental metrics to ensure financial wealth and identify issues at onset.
• Monitors productivity and assess any workforce changes needed within RCM and Patient Access teams; including process improvement, staffing, and technology automation.
• Collaborates with data analytics team to automate reporting and create scalable dashboards.
• Compiles quarterly revenue operations package and provide insights to appropriate leaders.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of six years of revenue cycle or patient access analysis or similar experience required. Prior experience in the healthcare, private equity or in fast-paced mid-sized company preferred. Prior experience with Microsoft BI preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
