Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales and Marketing Strategist to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies that maximize market share and revenue within the hotel's area territory.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market share and revenue
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing team to achieve property sales objectives
• Provide training and support to ensure the sales team has the skills and knowledge required to succeed

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management
• Proven track record of success in sales and marketing
