Retail Stock Sales Manager – Fashion Store (Clothing, Shoes Handbags)
Are you someone who loves fashion and knows how to run a shop smoothly? We’re looking for a Retail Stock Sales Manager to join our team at a busy fashion store that sells clothing, shoes, and handbags.
If you’re organized, great with customers, and have experience managing retail stock and sales, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
• Manage all incoming and outgoing stock (clothing, shoes, bags)
• Make sure shelves and displays are always full, clean, and organized
• Lead and support the sales team – help them meet daily targets
• Keep track of stock levels and re-order when needed
• Create a friendly and welcoming environment for customers
• Work closely with suppliers and delivery staff
• Deal with any customer queries or complaints professionally
• Help promote new arrivals and offers to increase sales
What We're Looking For:
• Experience working in a clothing or fashion store (1+ year preferred)
• Someone who understands what customers like and keeps the shop looking great
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable using till/POS systems and basic stock software
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure
• Bonus if you speak Urdu, Hindi, or Punjabi (many of our customers do!)
• Must have the right to work in the UK
