Experience: At Least 2 Years Experience as DCDP/CDP Currently Working in Bangalore City.

Cuisine Specialization : Biryani, Indian Curry, Chinese.

Roles, Responsibility Skills:

Strong Cooking Skills in Indian/Chinese Cuisines.
Work according to the menu specifications by the Area Chef.
Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes, and preparation techniques.
Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen
Coordinate and participate with other Departments of requirements (Stores Indents, Purchase).
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees serve as a role model.
Strong Communication Skills in Hindi(Speaking).
Expected Communication skills in Basic English(Write Read) /Basic Kannada(Speaking).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
