Restaurant Beverage Manager

About the Role: As a Sommelier at Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group, you will be responsible for ordering, receiving, inventory, organizing, and selling wine for the restaurant. You will also assist with all wine purchases and cost management, train staff employees, and ensure that all wine is served in proper glassware and in proper condition.
