Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BPO industry and a proven ability to monitor, evaluate, and enhance customer interactions through effective quality checks and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor inbound and outbound calls to assess agents' performance against established quality parameters.

Conduct regular call audits to identify strengths and areas of improvement.

Provide feedback and coaching to agents based on quality audits to improve customer experience.

Develop and maintain quality reports and dashboards for management review.

Ensure process compliance and suggest process improvements for better service delivery.

Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to implement corrective action plans.

Identify trends and recurring issues to help in improving overall call quality and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in a BPO/Call Center environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in call auditing, feedback delivery, and quality reporting.

Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools is an added advantage.

Strong analytical and listening skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
