Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing daily hotel operations
• Coordinate activities across various hotel departments
• Ensure high-quality guest experience and maintain customer satisfaction
• Manage staff schedules and supervise team performance
• Oversee front desk operations, reservations, and check-in/check-out processes
• Monitor housekeeping and maintenance to maintain hotel standards
• Assist in inventory management for rooms, FB, and other supplies
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in hotel management software systems
• Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Fluency in English and Hindi, local language proficiency is advantageous
