We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated residential support workers to join our team. As a support worker, you will provide assistance and support to children in need, ensuring their wellbeing and promoting their independence. Your role will involve working closely with young people, following care plans, and communicating effectively with team members.

Promote good Childcare practice in accordance with company's policies and procedures, Quality Standards, and Every Child matters.

Independent living Skills

To maintain an environment of therapeutic care for all young people.

To actively promote the welfare, safety, personal development and wellbeing of young people placed in home.

To administrate prescribed and non-prescribed medication to young people as dictated by the health practitioners and according to the young person's placement plan and companies policies.

To maintain good communication skills and written records.

To support young people by driving them to home visits, school and appointments etc. That is in or out of the local area and may involve long distances via motorways.
