Residential Renovation Labourer
Join Our Team at Lotus Constructs — Build More Than Just Homes
We’re a growing renovation company based in London, Ontario, and we’re about to take on a stream of work restoring residential properties — primarily flood-damaged basements — through insurance claims. We’re looking for a dependable, skilled, and motivated individual who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and grow with us.
This is an opportunity for someone who has hands-on renovation experience and wants to deepen their career in the trades. You’ll be part of a small but tight-knit team, and you’ll be trusted with meaningful work from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing:
General cleaning and organizing of job sites
Installing baseboards, doors, and trim
Hanging and finishing drywall
Painting interiors (mainly basement spaces)
Light demolition and prep work
Other general tasks related to residential restoration and renovation
Traveling to job sites in and around London (access to a reliable vehicle required)
What We’re Looking For:
Someone with experience in residential renovations — you don’t need to know everything, but you do need to be capable, teachable, and confident with tools
A good attitude and pride in doing clean, detail-oriented work
Ability to work independently and solve problems on site
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to nearby towns or cities as needed
Bonus: experience in insurance restoration or working on flood/fire damage projects
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Room to grow as we expand our team
Exposure to a wide range of residential construction work
A company culture that values integrity, reliability, and craftsmanship
A chance to be part of building something — not just structures, but a trusted name in renovation
If you’re someone who wants to build a career, not just clock in and out, we want to hear from you.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Additional pay:
Commission pay
Flexible language requirement:
French not required
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Experience:
Residential construction: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (required)
Work Location: On the road
