Deliver value through continuous improvement of conditioning process of
equipment such as Pallets, Crates, and Utility boxes at company’s warehouses
and those at customers (on-site) location in the region, based on defined
processes and leveraging best practices available globally or locally.
Ensure quality assessment of equipment pool, conditioning manpower training,
and safety at all locations.
Ensure complete control of 5M – Manpower, Material, Machine, Method, and
Money through close coordination with reporting Manager.
Adherence to SOP.
