Deliver value through continuous improvement of conditioning process of

equipment such as Pallets, Crates, and Utility boxes at company’s warehouses
and those at customers (on-site) location in the region, based on defined
processes and leveraging best practices available globally or locally.
Ensure quality assessment of equipment pool, conditioning manpower training,
and safety at all locations.
Ensure complete control of 5M – Manpower, Material, Machine, Method, and
Money through close coordination with reporting Manager.
