Elite Litigation Boutique seeks a perm eDiscovery Counsel for its Newport Beach office. FT onsite, hybrid, or fully remote.
Varied work, including advising colleagues and clients on eDiscovery law/local rules, data preservation/collection, early case assessment, meet confers, document production, and various eDiscovery strategies (eg analytics, ai, machine learning etc). May also draft discovery demands, responses and motions.
