As a Remote B2B Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives lead generation and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Build and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy across stages: Awareness, Interest, Consideration, Intent, Purchase
Ad Campaigns: Create and manage Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting campaigns
Lead Magnets Email Automation: Develop lead magnets, landing pages, and segmented email automation
Collaboration with Sales Team: Work with writers/designers to publish case studies, blogs, and conversion assets; collaborate with the sales team to align campaigns with conversion goals
Performance Tracking Reporting: Track and report performance KPIs (CPL, MQL/SQL rates, drop-off points)
A/B Testing: Run A/B tests to improve ad/email/landing page performance
Key Qualifications:
B2B Marketing Experience: 3+ years of B2B marketing experience (preferably in freight/logistics, SaaS, or supply chain)
Sales Funnels Digital Lead Generation: Deep understanding of sales funnels and digital lead generation
Zoho CRM Apollo.io Expertise: Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Apollo.io (Required)
Technical Skills: Proficient with Campaign Manager, Google Ads, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Apollo), landing page builders (Instapage, Unbounce), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar)
Communication Collaboration: Strong copywriting and communication skills; experience working remotely with cross-functional teams
Performance Metrics:
MQL SQL Generation: Monthly MQL and SQL generation
Cost Per Lead (CPL): Cost Per Lead (CPL) improvement
Funnel Conversion Rate Improvements: Funnel conversion rate improvements
Demo Bookings Form Completions: Number of demo bookings or form completions
ROI from Digital Campaigns: ROI from digital campaigns
Remote Setup:
Remote Work Schedule: Remote role; must overlap with Pacific Time (+AM–5PM PST)
Equipment Requirements: Requires stable internet connection and your own laptop or PC
Regular Check-ins: Weekly performance check-ins and monthly campaign strategy calls
