Relief Chef
We are seeking a passionate Relief Chef to join our team. As a culinary connoisseur and gastronomic genius, you will have the opportunity to create masterful dishes that delight the senses.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a similar role, knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines, and a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef.
• Oversee the production of all dishes assigned to your station and upkeep your designated area with supplies.
• Maintain high quality standards for all dishes, ensuring presentation and taste is considered at all times.
• Communicate effectively with all other team members and assist/support all colleagues where necessary.
• Collaborate with head chef to develop and taste new recipes, providing suggestions for improvement or innovation.
