As a Relationship Manager in the Preferred Banking segment, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and business clients. The role focuses on increasing the liability book and investment AUM through personalized banking and wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Acquire new HNI and business clients; deepen existing relationships.
• Drive revenue through cross-selling products like Trade Forex, Insurance, Investments, and Retail Assets.
• Manage both individual (resident NRI) and business clients with a comprehensive approach.
• Conduct portfolio reviews and financial check-ins regularly.
• Collaborate with product specialists for customized banking solutions.
• Ensure top-tier client servicing in coordination with the service team.
• Maintain compliance standards and ensure high-quality documentation.
• Focus on 360° client engagement and long-term relationship building.
