The Relationship Manager acts as an interface between the company customers.
• He/She should be able to offer customized insurance solution to the customers for all their financial needs.
• Ensure all Training Modules laid by the LD department are attended and certifications obtained
• Direct selling to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits)
• Ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and reverted within the TAT
• Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved - Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call ( LMS) , Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis
• Ensure that MIS/ Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on regular basis
• Be an Insurance solution provider for our customers
• Educate the Customer about the company/ channel
• Customer Servicing. - Ensure strict adherence to Human resource Norms
• Policies processes.

Requirements1. Excellent Comm Skills And Presentable
• Minimum 2+ years of Sales Experience. Direct Sales Exp will be first preference. Can consider MBA fresher or 6 months to 1 year experience candidates for ALL Locations. Need some Good MBA fresher/exp Females for SURAT
• Strong Financial Market and Life Insurance Knowledge
• Graduate / Undergraduate- Minimum 12 pass
• Should have job stability
• Strong network base
• Performer with good Track Record

Age - 20 to 37years
