• Current experience: You need to be currently working in an inpatient role in a hospital setting, or you must be willing to return to an inpatient role within 90 days of signing a contract with us
• Education: Graduated from an accredited school of nursing
• NCLEX certification: When you join us as an NCLEX passer, you'll receive a bonus of $2,000 when you deploy and $3,000 when you complete your contract
• English proficiency: You may need to pass an English proficiency test (such as OET or IELTS) before coming to the U.S., which we can help prepare you for
