Registered Nurse

Role Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse - Aged Care to join our team in Ryde on a permanent basis.

The successful applicant will work across various morning and night shifts, providing exceptional care to our elderly residents.

About the Role:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' needs
Develop and implement personalised care plans
Administer medications as required
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic well-being
About You:

Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA)
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of aged care legislation
Commitment to contemporary aged care practice
Ability to support and lead a multi-disciplinary team
