At Regis, we have wonderful opportunities for Registered Nurses at 3 of our beautiful homes in the Perth area.

North Fremantle – Full-time
Woodlands – Full-time
Embleton – Part-time Night Shifts

About the Homes

Regis North Fremantle:

Sitting on the rise between the Swan and the sea, in the shadow of two towering pines, Regis North Fremantle is a tranquil Home, ideally situated a short walk from both the Mosman Park Cricket Club and the North Fremantle Bowling Club.

Regis Woodlands:

Regis Woodlands is located just five-minutes' drive away from the tranquil Herdsman Lake and a 10-minute drive from the stunning coastline. Our home is also in close proximity to Jackadder Lake, boutique cafes, restaurants and public transport.

Regis Embleton:

Our home is positioned close to Embleton Golf Course, Upper Hillcrest Reserve, The Galleria Shopping complex as well as being nearby public transport. Regis Embleton is also just a 10-minute drive to the beautiful Swan River which weaves its way through the heart of Perth.

How you’ll care

Lead exceptional care outcomes, through the coordination and delivery of person-centered care.
Oversight of the resident across the day, identifying changes in preference, needs or wellbeing, and prompt escalation for support.
Seeing the resident as an individual, prompting choice and independence, with support provided as needed.
Develop comprehensive care plans, conduct thorough assessments of needs and preferences, and implement appropriate care strategies.
Manage and safely administer medications following established protocols.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including admission assessments, care plans, interventions, and progress notes.
Work in partnership with our carers to deliver our Continuity of Carer model.
What will you bring

Bachelor of Nursing degree or recognised equivalent qualification.
Current AHPRA registration (Nursing).
