We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Registered Nurses to provide high quality operating theatre nursing care at Osborne Park Hospital (OPH), in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
This is a recruitment pool to fill multiple current permanent or fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies.
Key Details:
Fixed term appointments have the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
Part-time appointments will be made with a minimum of 40 hours per fortnight (0.5FTE).
We will prioritise nurses who have prior experience in scrub/scout and anaesthetic areas.
An on-call roster is a mandatory provision of this role, which includes weekends, public holidays, and weeknights.
About the Role
The Registered Nurse role in OPH theatres involves working within a multidisciplinary team of health professionals supporting a patient's journey across scrub / scout and anaesthetic nursing.
We operate Monday to Friday 0730-1800 and provide Emergency Obstetric theatre cover 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Our theatres offer lower acuity and same-day surgical services in specialties including ENT, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics including arthroplasty, Plastics, Urology including robotics, and Vascular, as well as Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
