RN Staff Team Leader - Maternal Services-Mother Baby - Night shift
Job Description:

Position Summary:
The Team Leader role is a leadership position in Patient Care Services. Directs and provides developmentally appropriate nursing care to patients. Demonstrates a commitment to and performs in accordance with the philosophy, established policies, procedures, and standards of the Nursing Division and the Hospital. Acts as a role model to staff members, promoting excellence in patient care. Is able to effectively manage team work concept. Remains flexible in response to changes.
Qualifications:
Team Lead for Mother/Baby - must have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in Postpartum or Labor Delivery
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Previous experience and BSN preferred. Current Massachusetts RN licensure and BCLS and ACLS required.
