Registered Nurse (Full Time)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being, and supporting the smooth functioning of hospital operations in compliance with clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities: Patient Care Clinical Duties:
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions and vital signs regularly.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, and IV fluids accurately.
• Provide bedside care, assist with hygiene, feeding, and mobility as needed.
• Assist doctors during rounds, medical procedures, and emergencies.
• Document nursing care, medications administered, and patient progress accurately.
Coordination Communication:
• Communicate effectively with doctors, nursing staff, and support teams for coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, post-discharge care, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Handle patient queries and concerns empathetically and efficiently.
Compliance Safety:
• Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and hospital safety standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records as per hospital and legal requirements.
• Report any unusual symptoms or critical changes in patients to the physician immediately.
Operational Duties:
• Maintain and manage medical supplies, nursing instruments, and patient care equipment.
• Participate in ward rounds, shift handovers, and clinical training programs.
• Follow duty rosters and ensure punctual attendance and shift readiness.
Requirements:
• Education: GNM / B.Sc Nursing
• Registration: Must be a Registered Nurse under the State Nursing Council
• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers may apply; experience preferred)
• Skills:
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle emergencies
• Empathy, patience, and commitment to patient care
• Basic computer knowledge for EMR entry and reporting
Working Hours:
Rotational shifts (Day/Night) – 8 or 12 hours as per hospital policy

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
