We are seeking a dedicated , passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator Supervisor to lead our team of early childhood educators and ensure the delivery of high-quality early learning and care programs. The successful candidate will bring a passion for child development, a strong understanding of curriculum planning, and exceptional leadership skills to mentor staff, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of Early Childhood Educators (ECEs), assistants, and support staff.
Oversee daily operations of the classroom and center to ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
Guide curriculum implementation in alignment with early learning frameworks (e.g., ELECT, How Does Learning Happen?).
Foster positive relationships with children, families, staff, and the wider community.
Conduct regular team meetings, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
Monitor child development progress and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and organizational policies.
Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with leadership on center goals, improvement plans, and strategic direction.
Manage conflict resolution and promote teamwork and respect among staff.

Accountability – Takes ownership of responsibilities and leads by example with professionalism and integrity.
Visionary Thinking – Capable of setting goals, inspiring others toward shared objectives, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education.
Registered and in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators.
Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in an early learning setting.
Current certifications in First Aid/CPR and clear Vulnerable Sector Check.
Knowledge of child development, pedagogy, and inclusive education practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
