Regional Sales Manager|Tele Sales
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting vendor relationships
Develop a trusted relationship with key vendors and executive levels
Work with the HQ management team to define, develop and improve corporate positioning within the market.
Analyze competition, market trends, and the vendor base in order to formulate sales marketing strategy.
Meet with potential clients to explain proposals and solutions in order to secure the sales away from the competitor.
Leading and training other members of the account team.
Build up an effective account team and share leads information with internal technical and delivery teams.
Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual sales forecast management and report
Business Strategy and Planning set up and manage
Job requirements:
Strong profile in telecom account management, at least 2 years’ experience as team leader in tele sales
Sales experience in B2B
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and leadership skills
Action oriented, results driven, aggressive and persistent
