Job Title:

Regional Sales Manager for Edisapp School Management Software Apps

Job Purpose:

In order to offer our Edisapp School Management Software related services to Schools, Colleges, Academies, Provinces, Dioceses, and Corporate educational institutions and to achieve sales objectives for the assigned territory, we are looking for a highly motivated regional sales manager capable of driving new business by working independently and in cooperation with channel partners and other teams.

Job Descriptions:

Acquire an in-depth proficiency in the primary functions and technical workings of Edisapp School Management Software / School ERP / Mobile Apps and all other Eloit services.Gain thorough knowledge about the audience and industry to create relevant sales strategy.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and convert new business opportunities in assigned territoryCollaborate with channel partners to assist them with lead generation and sales closure.Build pipeline through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospectingEffectively communicating our Product value proposition to relevant stakeholders.Lead negotiations, handle objections, and onboarding prospective customersRegularly updating and managing requisite data in the CRM e.g., Contacts, lead pipeline, deal management, sales forecast etc.Forecast and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsPerform daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.Maintaining a record of allocated vs completed vs Pending tasks.To prepare and present weekly MIS reports to the reporting line.Support internal teams for existing subscription renewals and upsell in assigned territory.Provide market intelligence and product feedback to relevant team members.Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Education and Relevant Experience

BBA/MBA, BTech / MTech, BCA/MCA, MSc(IT/Computer), Any Graduate

Technical Skills: (must have)

Excellent sales closure skills with a proven track record of achieving set sales targetsExcellent interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated aptitude for speaking and presenting to both technical and general audiences in an engaging mannerExcellent listening, negotiation, and communication skillsStrong planning, organizing, and networking skillsExcellent spoken and written English skillsExcellent telephone etiquette and willingness to engage with customers and users in person, by phone or digitallyHands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM, Freshsales or SalesforceKnowledge of Microsoft office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word Outlook)Must be able to travel frequently (10 to 15 days/month) to achieve assigned sales targets

Additional Skills: (nice to have)

Experience using CRM Tools or PlatformsExperience selling Edtech / Technology / SAAS products would be an added advantage
