This is a key leadership role in the Human Resources function, requiring strong business acumen and HR expertise to drive strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Headcount Forecasting Budgeting: Develop and implement comprehensive headcount forecasts and budgets to support business growth and resource planning.
• Performance Management: Design and execute end-to-end performance management review processes, including compensation administration, to drive employee engagement and retention.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee confirmations, transfers, demotions, promotions, and separations, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with organizational policies.
• Benefits Administration: Research, implement, and administer all company benefit plans, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• HR Compliance: Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance.
• Industry Trends Knowledge Management: Stay abreast of industry trends and make recommendations to the Management Team for improving organizational policies, procedures, and practices on personnel matters.
• Operations Performance Monitoring: Ensure the operations team delivers planned outcomes, monitor their performance, and advise on areas for improvement.
• Performance Development Review: Work within the performance development and review system to review employee performance, provide coaching and development opportunities, and encourage continued learning and growth within the HR team.
• Employee Relations: Develop substantial knowledge of dealing with employee relations, including sickness management, grievances, disciplinary actions, capability assessments, terms and conditions of employment, and change management.

Experience Qualifications:

Candidates should have a minimum of 15-20 years of relevant work experience in HR operations, encompassing recruitment, performance management, employee grievances, statutory compliances, and employee welfare.

Prior experience in FMCG, FMCD, and Manufacturing industries will be preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in HR operations, demonstrating a deep understanding of the field and its complexities.

Location: The role is open to candidates located anywhere in PAN India.
