Customer Service Grievance team where the employee is expected to work on sales / service-related complaints and social media complaints independently in a dynamic environment. • The candidate will also assist the Head of Customer Service with additional escalations received from CXO members for priority handling.

Customer first approach
Priority handling of complaints and escalations
To investigate the reasons of complaints.
To work on root cause of the issues and impacted customers
To obtain speedy resolution to the problems
Proper and timely resolution to be provided to the customer
Closure of complaints, social media cases and other escalations within the prescribed IRDAI TAT
