Full job description
Work on strategic hiring programs for leading companies

Use appropriate sourcing strategies for hiring candidates and develop action plan for finding best fit for corporates

Must be familiar and have worked with various recruitment platforms online to source candidates

Procure talent with skills of saless, IT, customer service, product management etc

Research best online platforms to recruit and proactively recommend them for use , and independently work on them

Assess candidates suitable for the job openings from the applicants applying and select the appropriate candidate to hiring manager

Must be a team player willing to assist others

Must be fluent in English and Hindi ensuring clear communication

Be able to search new clients who would take recruitment HR services from company

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
