Primary Role
• To understand the Job Profile and provide candidate accordingly for various Requirement.
• To gather data from various sources available for screening the candidate suitable for the organisation.
• To do Initial screening via telephonic interview to find out interested candidate suitable for the open position.
• To schedule the HR round of interview in person or VC and ensure that all candidates turn up for the interview.
• To ensure that all interview are conducted as per schedule feedback are received from each and every place.
• To provide such received feedback to the recruitment head and take necessary actions as suggested by him.

Secondary Role
• To provide support for other HR related work as and when asked for.
