Recruitment Executive
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies
Assisting with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positionsIdentifying the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidatesDrafting recruitment advertisement posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions Sourcing appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications by reviewing their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communicationsMaintaining contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applicationsProviding advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations for candidatesFacilitating contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical Non-Technical industry, community, and marketplaceAttending job fairs and industry conferences; runs company booth at job fairsPerforming other related duties as assignedMaintaining reports of all the candidatesRequired skillsets qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitmentMaster's Degree in Human Resource Management Excellent verbal and written communication skillsHands-on experience with Job Portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
and other Social Media platformsUnderstanding of non-technical, technical rolesKnowledge of recruiting methods and best practices Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
