Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter at IMS Decimal located in Jaipur. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. Additional tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, posting job advertisements, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires. The objective is to ensure a smooth recruitment process, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
