Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
Maintain visitor logs and manage appointments or meeting schedules.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Support basic administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
1–3 years of experience in a front office or receptionist role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and friendly attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
