Receptionist

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls efficiently.
Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
Maintain visitor logs and follow factory security protocols.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and admin departments.
Support HR/Admin with data entry and filing of production-related documents.
Track and reorder office and factory stationerysupplies.
Assist in basic documentation for gate passes, delivery challans, and inward material logs.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
