Job Overview:
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive female candidate with prior experience in reception duties, administrative tasks, or data entry. The ideal candidate should be presentable, have good communication skills, and be comfortable handling both front-desk responsibilities and backend office work.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage the front desk greet visitors and handle incoming calls
•Maintain and update records and databases
•Perform general administrative duties – filing, scanning, and documentation
•Coordinate with internal teams and support day-to-day office operations
•Handle, courier tracking, and office supplies inventory
Requirements:
•Female candidate aged between 22 – 35 years
•Minimum 6months- 1 year of relevant work experience (Reception/Admin/Data Entry)
•Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer applications
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Fluent in Hindi and basic English (Gujarati is a plus)
Ability to multi-task and maintain a professional attitude
