Job description:

Receptionist /Lobby inchargeShowroom hostess.

Objectives of the job To welcome and look after all visitors to the dealership in a friendly manner, to control the switchboard and to record and pass on information selectively.

To assist the employee responsible from Sales and After Sales with all customer contacts.

Ensuring a pleasant atmosphere in the dealership.

Qualification Basics: Any Bachelor degree

Experience (type of): 2 - 5 years experience as front office executive

Specialized Knowledge: Communication skills, basic telephone etiquettes, team player, ability to work in dynamic situation, sensitive to customer needs, customer centric attitude

Job Designation/Field of Work: 1 Customer contact

Representing the Jaguar Land Rover dealership on the telephone and by means of personal welcome as the first point of contact for all visitors and business partners

Promptly greeting and addressing all visitors to the Jaguar Land Rover dealership

Friendly and open approach to visitors in accordance with the Jaguar Land Rover identity

Looking after customers waiting in the showroom

Answering and conducting telephone calls and connecting callers if required (switchboard) with proper etiquettes

Arranging for staff who are temporarily unavailable to call back

Ensuring prompt, priority customer care for those with problems or complaints

Recording and documenting walk-ins and tele-ins in the showroom 2 Sales

Introduce sales consultants to all showroom walk-in customers

Providing customers with initial information in the form of brochures if necessary in case of sales consultants are not available at the showroom

Provide basic information about Jaguar Land Rover, Dealership and Jaguar Land Rover products and services over phone to all telephone enquiries.

Proactively offer refreshments to all walk-in customers

Record tele-in and walk-in prospects information in showroom log-book and share the same with sales manager daily

Pass on all tele-in enquires to respective sales consultants with the consent of sales manager

Assisting the sales consultant to present products, services by handing over brochures, price lists, schemes etc to sales consultants

3 Resources management

Ensure all showroom display vehicles are displayed in a proper lay-out (as recommended by JLR )

Ensure cleanliness of display vehicles by maintaining the showroom vehicle checklist
