React Native Developer

We are seeking an experienced React Native Developer to join our team as a Freelancer in the role of Senior Manager. As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for estimating the cost of project conversion and setting deadlines for project completion. Your expertise as an iOS and Android Application Developer, with at least 4 years of experience, will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality React Native applications.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
Estimate the cost and effort required for the project conversion based on the provided specifications.
Define project milestones and set realistic deadlines for each phase of development.
Coordinate with a team of developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of the project.
Monitor the progress of the project, identify risks, and proactively address any issues or challenges that may arise.
Conduct thorough testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and quality of the React Native applications.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise in React Native development.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in React Native development.
Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience as an iOS and Android Application Developer.
Proven expertise in React Native development, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, React, and React Native frameworks.
Experience in estimating project costs and setting realistic deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
